I look out the window admiring a small tree standing tall in a field lit up by the sun’s magnificence with bright green leaves flowing in the breeze appearing to dance and if it chose to it would take flight towards the heavens high above, but its roots were so firmly planted in the ground making me wonder what made it remain deeply connected to Mother Earth piquing my curiosity even more about where the roots go knowing that although my eyes can see, I am prevented from truly perceiving this tree’s energy of love until I let go and see that I am one with the tree and this tree is one with me.
Ever since it manifested it continues to reach higher and higher towards the heavens above as I do, with roots keeping it firmly planted here on earth as I am, and yet it remains through the darkest of times, the lightness of love, the erosion of rain and the forceful winds of change as I do.

Note to readers: As you read this you probably cringed at what is referred to as a ‘run on sentence’ but life is never-ending as the tree and sentence are. Ah, yes but you might say “It does end.” Yes, but don’t forget it is also a beginning.
